Depending on your organization’s ability to provide the necessary (both available and skilled) staff to support the process improvement, Assess-IT can provide support in the following areas.
- In the event that a client does not have the requisite number of, capable, internally available staff to allocate to this engagement, Assess-IT will make available its own staff to work on or offsite, as agreed, to assist in the implementation of this engagement.
- Alternatively, Assess-IT can help procure additional staff if that’s the preferred option.
