Our services are primarily focused on the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI’s) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) as the framework for model based process improvement.  However, our Certified High Maturity Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Lead Appraisers, Certified Instructors, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts (LSSBB), Certified Scrum Masters CSM), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certified personnel believe that there are few one size fits all, cookie cutter solutions; preferring to adopt and adapt from among the models, methods and tools listed above to craft a customized solution to meet your needs.
