Philosophy

Process is a tool whose purpose is to assist an organization in improving its performance in critical business areas.  We believe in a customized approach based on each client's business driven needs, current policies, processes and procedures.  

The cookie cutter, silver bullet, one size fits all solution does not exist nor is the latest "tool" the answer.  

We build on the processes actually being used and help create new ones as necessary to develop a fully populated process framework.  The acceptance of new processes and procedures has a far greater chance for success if they look familiar and there is some commonality with the current  processes.
