James Headrick Bio

Experience Summary:

Mr. Headrick has an extensive and diverse background of 40 years that includes 31 years of managing all aspects of large scale projects.  These projects included program management, business development, marketing, facilities construction oversight, requirements analysis, design, code development, testing, documentation, training, installations (hardware/software), process improvement, configuration management, large scale system integration, contract negotiations, five-year planning, customer relations as well as P&L responsibilities.

He has been Vice President and General Manager of a joint venture between Electronic Data Systems Corporation and Datapoint Corporation as well as the General Manager of a subsidiary of The Boeing Company.

James has managed proposals for large-scale system integration, task order and support services projects; managing individual programs that involved system integration, task orders, support services and consulting.  He has also served as Regional Director responsible for these type programs over a widely diverse geographical area.

Mr. Headrick led the Boeing Huntsville site in establishing common processes and after retiring returned in a support role; participating in all Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) site-wide process related assessments/appraisals that resulted in CMM Level 3, CMMI Level 4 and then CMMI Level 5 ratings.
