Experience Summary:
Mr. Kresheck is an experienced Quality Manager, Change Manager and Project Manager, providing both management and hands on expertise across all three disciplines.
As a Quality Manager David provides an in depth understanding of CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVCs, ISO9001 and ISO 20000 as applied to Software and IT Services. He has led the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance initiatives, creating both objectives and guidelines for ensuring 100% customer/client satisfaction. Mr. Kresheck has been responsible for developing and implementing procedures to achieve and maintain CMMI Maturity Level 3 through documenting, reviewing, and analyzing practices and procedures for continuous improvement.
As a Change Manager he has been responsible for: Communications Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Risk Management in the change environment, Readiness Reviews and understanding and overcoming the inherent Resistance To Change.
As a project manager David has assumed responsibility for: project definition, planning, tasks and deliverables, budgets, resources, resource management, building trusted advisor relationships and managing expectations of the client and the delivery team(s).
